As stated on all email correspondence:
We require the balance of your room and the refundable security upon arrival (CASH ONLY)
CHECK IN TIME: Is at 2:00-10:00pm
You have a 1 hour grace period and will be charged a $30 late fee unless other arrangements have been made.
CHECK OUT TIME: Is at 11:00am
There is a charge if you remain in the room after the agreed time.
On the set departure date you will be charged for this day if you remain in the room after the agreed time.
EARLY ARRIVAL LUGGAGE HOLD / LATE DEPARTURE LUGGAGE HOLD
Will be an additional $5 per hour or $25 for the entire day

All room deposits are non refundable to reserve your room
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled the same day of arrival or 24-72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the total balance of the room and 50% if it is cancelled during a holiday. If you arrive and change the number of nights of the reserved dates requested you will be subject to pay 50% of your remaining balance. All discount prices become void and you will have to pay the original full price of the room.
FOR ALL ONE NIGHT STAYS
Must pay the full price of the room. Discounts do not apply. Must provide a valid credit card and two forms of ID. Must present security in form of cash only at arrival. Late night checkins will incur a $20 fee on the room after 8:00pm
